TAKE ME BACK HOME

Hey Everyone!

It’s been a while since i’ve blogged… i’ve been trying to keep as calm as possible since the voting has ended. The funny thing is, i’ve been trying to do things that would take my mind off the Cube, but it’s soooo ingrained in my life now that i just can’t stop thinking about it. It’s quite wierd! lol

Yesterday, we all got an email from The Hypercube stating that everyone, and i mean everyone, will find out who the 50 winners are during events that are being help simultaneously in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. It sounds like it’s gonna be a TON of fun… here’s an excerpt from the email:

Here’s the catch: We can’t tell you who the winners are just yet. Sorry, but an email isn’t nearly awesome enough to drop that kind of bomb. Which is why we’re throwing THREE MASSIVE EVENTS. ACROSS THE COUNTRY. AT THE SAME TIME!

We’re announcing the winners and giving away the 50 cubes at simultaneous events in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal. It’s a chance for all our cubers to meet each other, see live music, art and lots more. The date is set for June 23rd, so mark that down in your calendars and start figuring out how you’re getting there – we suggest car pooling with other cubies. Road trip!

Now, that’s not to say you HAVE to be there to win, you’re just not gonna want to miss this. And neither will your friends, so by all means, bring ‘em. And if you really, truly, honestly can’t make it, don’t sweat it, if you won you still get your cube®.

Pretty cool huh?!?!?! Now, the only thing on my mind is “omg must sit tight till the 23rd AND what am i going to wear?!” Anna and I started talking about wearing ball gowns… that would be pretty ridiculous… but now i’m thinking i want to wear something that i would never usually wear. something fun! i saw some cute half dress things at Forever 21 the other day, kinda like these:

Now the thing is, i’m wearing my Chucks. I love my chucks. And i know it will probably be more lady like if i were to wear heels or something… but i just cant. i’ve got to be me! lol

So needles to say, I’M STOKED!!!!!!!!!

In other news, Jasin and Rannie, did the most awesome rad thing EVER! They Got their hands on a Cube and drove it up to the Universal Office!!! The first thing i did was run around and tell everyone that the Cube was coming! It was soooo awesome.

yes, this is a long post! lol We had our 5th tweetup last night in Toronto!!! It was so good to see everyone. It couldn’t have happened on a better day seeing as well all had just received our emails from The Hypercube!!! 2 of my most memorable things from the night have to be… something that had to do with a spider… but that’s all i’m gonna say AND the fact that my husband finally came out! Him and Chris (musina) bonded over alien and dinosaur sculptures! it was awesome.
